We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. During this time, you may request a return if needed.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at wdodkuwait@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Important: Do not send any items back without first getting return authorization. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty or hygiene items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Need something else? The quickest solution is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. The item must still meet the return conditions: unused, unworn, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Keep in mind, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
